A couple of tutorials that I was involved in that were done in last months and this month's Wearables magazine.
Everything was done in house from the original sketch of the designs used (for better or for worse) to the finished product.
This has got to be my favorite time of year (it's the kid in me I reckon, just refuse to grow up), I always like coming up with holiday themed designs.
