Trying to recreate an effect I saw recently. The sign is a backlit shelf strip; the base is a .015 clear film. On the back side of the film a solid colored foil adhesive is applied to film. The foil's adhesive is on the colored face of the film or the viewing side. The text appears to be kiss cut/weeded out to give the appearance of reverse text, text being just the clear base. Some of the text is 6pt or less which makes me think that cut/weeding was not possible, also these were produced in the thousands.
