Information for a frame or a stand for a sign 1/2" thick

Hello!
I need to know if anyone knows where I can find a supplier that has the frame like the one shown in the attached file. The sign size is about 35" wide X 77.6" high. The sign thickness can be either 1/2" or 3/4" thick.
