Hey guys...we have a Roland XJ640. We recently replaced the Roland Sponge. Around where the sponge sits, ink has been pooling. It's as if the drainage tube under the sponge is blocked. Has anyone else had this issue and have suggestions on what to do. Our printer is still under warranty, but Roland Techs rarely do service calls. HELP PLEASE!
