I have an Epson S81600L. The machine has the remote ink setup with the bags of ink.. I just changed the ink bag, and the ink is printing when doing print head checks, but the light next to the the tray where the ink goes is not showing any colors at all now. all other lights are showing activity as usual.
I did notice that the ink bags i received still have the code for when you received credit to purchase other items from Epson. I could not find any dates on the ink to know if it expired or not. I do not have another bag of ink to try to see if it is because of this bag.
If I place the empty bag back into the draw the light goes to RED. Put the new bag in and I get no light at all.
Does anyone have any idea on this.
