Need Help ink overflow in a UJF3042 mk2

hello everybody,
I've this issue on my plotter, the first day I saw it I did solve it with the function "overflow" under the maintenance menu, but now this function cannot solve it.
The ink overflow is for white.

Is there something I can do or I necessarily have to call the support?

Could be a leaking ink valve causing the subtank to overflow. Located at the back of the bottle station it's p/n M026750 and they're like $25.
