Need Help Ink Problem

so i changed the dampers and pump and the cap station on the cyan ink. Ran a test print, every color is good except the cyan.

turned machine off and manually tried to suck the ink through the cap station with a syringe and I cant get any ink to run.

What could it be?
its as if there is a leak or a clog, but I dunno where it could be.
