Ink Problems

I moved my SP540v into a new office. (Travelled on a truck) and now I can't get cyan cartridge to print. Any ideas what the problem is?

Yes it was working perfectly. In the last 10 mins I seemed to have solved the problem. I gave it two heavy duty cleans, and its now great. Thanks
