Hey I've been using this macro I made for a few weeks and it works well for me, so I thought I'd share it. I don't know if you guys track your ink usage at all, but we do, and this program has really helped.
Basically every time you change an ink cartridge, you select the ink from the drop down list and hit "change ink" and it adds a timestamp to the database. It uses this data to give you the average lifetime of each ink, and the projected replacement date. Also, by selecting an ink from the drop down list, you can see the full history of Ink changes.
I can change it depending on how many inks you use and in what order.
