Ink Usage Not Recording

We 're printing a bunch of stuff on our HP 365 and even though I know we are using the LM the noted volume of ink remaining in the cartridge has not changed. Looking at past usage for this project it will have used up at least 15ml this morning but the accounting panel and the touch screen both register as if none were used.

Any thoughts?
