Inks differ

Help! My Roland SP 300 is saying it’s a VS. I’m not sure how I have done this. When I try to change the ink settings in service mode it will only give me the option of sublimation 4g. Roland Versaworks brings up the error message ‘print and ink settings differ’ anyone know what I have done and how to fix this?

Does anyone have any info on this? I have done a head wash and the only option when filling ink is sublimation ink 4c
