input on custom ISO style graphical symbols for equipment operator manuals / signage.

Sorry for the long subject line. We use our sign related equipment to create safety decals and operator instructions for the equipment we design and build here. We're trying to create a custom library of graphical symbols (icons) that are as language neutral as possible for use on our equipment. When we have to make custom safety decals we use the ISO-3864 standards to do so. With operator instructions we're going off standard a little bit. If you get a moment, would you be willing to look at what we've got started here and throw out any opinions: border, thickness, use of colors, etc? Our goal is to make the actions in these images as easily understood as possible across a wide scope of possible operators. Thanks in advance. See below for samples.
