Installation Closeout Sheet?

We are working as a sub-contractor for an upcoming project and the contractor has a Installation Closeout Sheet & Customer Sign Off sheet as requirements on the PO

This project is installing 48x96 signs on the construction exterior fence

any input on what they want would be grateful.

Usually when a company wants that information they provide you with the forms. Ask them, they may have forgotten to send it along with the specifications.

already asked before posting here, they sent the detailed specs

their reply; all information must be on company letterhead so all stages are clearly defined as who is responsible for said stage/construction/installation etc... if issues arise
