I'm having issues installing Flexi 10. It runs through the installation fine, but once all the files have finished installing, it doesn't pop up the password box. I went in and ran the Install Manager setup and put the password in, but is just says invalid password. If I click on the app icon in the folder, it briefly flashes the start up icon on the screen then nothing. I can't even uninstall and reinstall as it keeps saying there is an error due to the program already running.

Could be a corrupt install. Also, be sure to install as Administrator

Got it sorted. For some reason it wouldn't install on a laptop but I got it to install fine on a desktop. Up and running now, but I have another weird issue, I have a KASA JK Series IV cutter and when ever I try to cut a design that's too big, the cutter goes hay wire and cuts diagonal lines across the vinyl. Smaller designs are fine. Running it with a USB cable.

I had the same issue with a Creation machine that was using a serial cable, I put it down to the cable not keeping up with the data transfer but this machine is doing the same thing.
