You should have teh cleaning cartridges sent with the printer, break them open and pull the bladder our a bit then cut the corner to pour into a bottle. The caps can be easily replaced by pulling the frount tab (black) on the cap front...BE CAREFUL AS THERE ARE TWO SPRINGS that will want to shoot out (keep fingers holding the cap top so it wont shoot off). You can simply pull the cap off the hose, replace with the new (hose removed). Place springs back into proper spots below and on the captop. BE SURE the plastic hanging part is in the back of hose when replacing so the cap top will move freely after you snap the top back on. This should take just a couple minutes to do, the caps are $25-$35 each...and replace BOTH.
