Installing Photoshop after hard drive crash

My hard drive died (1.5 years old) and now after installing Photoshop again on new drive it tells me I am out of activations.

Any way to let it know this is the same computer or do I contact Adobe?

Phone them. I had the same issue - I reformatted a drive containing CS and the new install wouldn't let me activate.
They sorted it while I was on the phone to their call centre in India or wherever.
