Installing Reverse Channel Letters with no access from behind.

We fabricate letters wholesale and don't install. In fact, I've never done an install. We don't have the equipment, license, nor insurance to do installs. But, I have the opportunity to help with an indoor install for an organization that I'm associated with and I'm going to help them do the install (non paid type work I got suckered into) and since I make signs they assume I'm also an expert installer. Not true, but hey, like any sign guy, I'm open to trying just about anything. The trouble is that it is a large reverse channel letter logo composed of many sections that touch. About 4 x 60watt power supplies. There will be a solid wood back for fasteners. The logo is very large and all the parts are connected so I was thinking about just running wires inside the logo since there is no access from behind, and then going through the back of the polycarbonate when I need to get from one element to another maybe through a little u shaped piece of flexible conduit. The environment is indoor. I'd ideally like to have a chat with someone who might be able to give me some advice and to make sure I'm doing the install in the best way. Feel free to DM me or respond to the post. Thanks.

Weld female studs to the back of the face, slip on spacer, bolt down polycarbonate against the spacer, and have an extra mounting hole to bolt onto the acrylic and go into the wall. To jump between sections, I wouldn't worry with conduit or anything if it's all secondary wiring.
Pulling primary to a no access wall is always the tricky part for us.

Another option that's a bit less of a headache but quite a bit pricier is detachable studs that gemini sells:
