What insurance do you use. I'm having a hard to trying to find a company in my area that will insurance my business and building.

The Hartford for liability.
You may want to find a local insurance broker..they will shop a few different companies and match you to the right one. Mine found me the Hartford, and a company to buy my bonds with that I need to put up for my license. Also got me life insurance (which should always be level term!) and all that so a local agent can be helpful.
