Interior Door Sign Insert

I'm looking to replace the inserts on these types of door signs. Right now, the customer is just printing these themselves on paper and putting them in the sign. What is the name of the thin plastic insert material used on these, and where can I buy it?

Does anyone recognize this and know who manufactures these signs?
