Trying to order and "check estimated delivery" times out, then when I tried to order, it times out at loading shipping options. Anyone else had any issues?
This is why we’ve canceled our dealer program for now. These are not bad people or companies, but StratoJet, we run as a support source with consistency that only focuses on our printers and businesses that own our printers. It’s more efficient, better service and only one numbers to call; the manufacturer! We have free 24/7/365 phone service for the life of the printer, because, if you’re not making money we’re not making money! We get it and supporting entrepreneurs that are trying to pay their employees and feed their families is more important to us then our bottom line.
