Is it possible to upgrade vs-640 TO vs-640I?

The new VS-640i can print 720x720 dpi at 6pass
I have 2 VS-640 and it can only print 720x720 at 8pass 4color. My XF-640 print 720x720 at 6pass 4color the color is more Vivid than VS-640 @ 6pass, so I want to upgrade VS-640 to VS-640i to get the same color as my new XF-640 @ 6pass

I see bolth of them is the same structure just different at some electricboard
