Is the Juki LH3578 suitable?

Hello everyone!!

We are currently using hemming tape for most of our vinyl banners but are getting more projects that require an actual double hem. I know nothing about sewing machines but have been looking at the Juki LH3578. I'm wondering if this model is adequate for hemming vinyl banners 13oz - 18oz? Has anyone used this model?

it is for heavier fabrics, we use a LU-1560N

Do you use a puller with this model? Or is it strong enough without it?
