Is this a custom font

So a customer brought me a pdf to cut vinyl from. It is vector so no problem right. WRONG! I cut it and the edges are all jagged like it was auto traced in illustrator and not cleaned up. Does anyone know this font or is it custom and I am going to have to try and get a better file from my customer.

There are a few fonts like that, there are also a lot of free fonts that are also a bit rough, some intentional some not, I assume because the creator intended that they would be used for desktop publishing or the internet.

Personally, I would manually trace it if you don't need it for anything else
