Is this a Flexi problem or am I doing something wrong?

I created the attached file in flexi using the drawing tool etc.

It looks perfect on the screen but when I rip it to my HP315 the area around the logo looks as if it double prints the hull color. What am I doing wrong?

The logo has a mask on it, rasterize and re-insert.
