Font Help Is this a Font?

Is this a font? Or is it just Helvetica Bold Italic with an effect applied??

I believe it is actually a font. Used to deal with a web to print banner maker that used a font just like that. His web to print service always had issues so I remember seeing this font a lot. Maybe blaze? Can't quite remember.
