Is this a font??

Hi All. Was wondering if any of you have seen this font...with the big ugly black "drop shadow" or if it was custom made. Thanks in advance.

Thank you Rex. Unfortunatley I'm using Flexi Letter, and that program does not allow me to add the stroke, so I was hoping it was an actual font. Thanks for your reply.
