Need Help Issue with laminator

We have a Kala Mistral 1650 laminator. The laser eye seems to be off today as we cant reset that to be able to run it. Any ideas of what we can do.

Check the emergency stop button. If it's pushed in, pull it out.

I believe Sonoma Graphics has an authorized tech out of Seattle. You can call the technician from Kala. His name is Max and his number is 817-966-5763. Most things on a Kala can be swapped out by the user if you need a part.

Good to know, thanks Mark! About a week ago I had the same problem as the OP. We thought we were gonna need a tech, and had no idea who to contact.
....turned out that the e-stop button on the back had gotten pushed in. :roflmao:
