I’m hoping for some help from the community.
I’m using a Summa DC4sx printer/cutter and have run into an issue with the OptiTrack sensor. The problem started after the sensor caught the lifted edge of a self-adhesive vinyl. Since then, it no longer detects the edge of the material. I suspect the sensor may be damaged.
I would like to replace it, but I’m not sure how to properly remove it. I’ve already unscrewed the two screws on the right side of the carriage, but I’m unsure what needs to be done next and which parts should be removed to access and replace the sensor.
Has anyone here dealt with replacing the OptiTrack sensor before? I would really appreciate any guidance or tips on how to do this correctly.
