Issue with ValueCut VC-600

Hi all.

I'm experiencing an intermittent issue with my VC-600. Occasionally, while cutting, the machine will randomly move to a point along the X or Y axis and then return, cutting along that unintended path.
Since the first occurrence, I've reinstalled the entire system, but the issue persists.
I haven’t been able to link the problem to any specific types of curves, nodes, or objects—it appears to happen randomly.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Does it usually with the same font(s) when cutting?

I always convert fonts into curves, so there are no fonts involved.

Ok, but is it happening to the same fonts that were converted? Also, when you convert them and save, do you bring up the file to see if that line is there? I had this problem when creating contour lines. I dissect the file I've created until I find out what is creating the cut line I didn't create.

No, it happened to different fonts. And here is the image of that spot with nodes visible. I can't see anything out of normal. There are a bunch of other letters O that cut just fine. And if I cut it again, it might not even glitch at all.

Upgraded your firmware? What program you using to cut, Flexi?
