J/h frame extrusion or ?

We have been requested to construct exterior wall signs using h and j frame extrusions.
The signs will be located between the corner of a building and two raised windows (grey area in illustration) . The signs themselves need to slide out of the j frames away from the windows. A "Cap" covering the h tops will be removed allowing the h frame to slide off and the sign to slide out.

The problem...
...having a difficult time finding matching j and h frame extrusions that will hold anything thinner than .5'' material. The customer has requested .25''.

Looking for source suggestions. Have spent WAY too much time googling... probably should have started here.

Also, the customer is not locked into this design concept. Feel free to suggest an alternative method.

Thanks in advance.

Sigh...

ONLY 28 Views and no responses?? :banghead:

Would it help if I spiced up the thread with a provocative MAC computer comment or maybe something about Flash or viruses or...?? :ROFLMAO:

OK...carry on...
