Jagged cuts

Hi, an anyone tell me please if there is something else i can do. When doing a full page cut, it cuts some letters prefectly some are jagged and you cant remove the vynil and sometimes it doesnt even cut through! Im sooo frustrated. I have changed the backing sheet, emptied and cleaned the blade cover. I wouldnt think i have to change the blade yet. I have only had it working for a few weeks.

I was thinking of getting a ink cutter/Plotter but having second thoughts about the brand etc

Has anyone got any thoughts or had the same issues?

Markus could be right,,,also it sounds like you may not have enough down force, or set the blade a bit lower, also instal a new blade and check pinch rollers if they tight and not worn =,,, see if that helps any
