hey all,
i have had technicians come in and supposedly fixed an issue,
the wiper tank seems to leak even when stationed over the weekend,
excess ink all over the floor, t
hey originally thought it was the vacuum to suck the ink from the wiper's to the tank.
we havent had this issue for about 5 weeks until now,
the common error "wiper tank full" came up, with half a quarter or ink in the bottle.
so i cleaned the sensor to see if that was the issue, and what i sore was a small amount of ink running into the "the under carriage?" and its dripping out the screw and clip holes on the bottom of the machine. it continuously keeps saying wiper tank full and wont even give me the option of saying its empty when i remove and put back in the wiper tank.
to me it looks like it leaks from the vacuum but i cant see tell with out taking everything apart!
has anyone had a similar issue???? or an idea if what could be causing this problem???
