jfx 200 2513ex strange issue

Dear sings101 users ,
I'm having a strange issue with 2513ex printer . Maybe some one had same issue , and could help .
Ill try to explain what we done so far and the problem it self .
Problem is primer channel starts to clog from top to bottom , nozzles disappear from top to bottom till there are none left .
What we done : first time when this happened we tried too clean it with nozzle washes , event washed whole channel with ML 07 , multiple cleanings with ML16 and nozzle washes didn't help , then i changed PH , for a month it was okay .
After a month , issue came back , new PH also started to loose nozzles at top . at this moment i understood its not PH , something else . cleaning , nozzle washing 3 times a day for an hour didn't help . Then i adjusted Head id to -1 and nozzles started to reaper , at -3 , nozzles came back and for a few months worked with 0 issues , 100% nozzles . now problem came back , and adjusting head id doesn't help any more . so now at primer channel there are ~70% nozzles , rest ~30% from top are gone . we started to print with "to print primer ink at the recommended density" off , it increases how much primer is printed . when we print with this setting i get two errors 619 with ch9 marked and after 2sec another error with 804system halt . ill try to attach images (some how date jumped off , dunno why .) also random 804 errors , without 619 .
Changed multiple sub tanks , also cap top .
We print on glass , a lot of glass , 200k m2 yearly . i know how to handle printer , maintenance is okay , had an older machine , 0 issues with primer . been in printing business more then 10years .
Also i whent thru0 forum looking for some info , what i found , the filter was also quite dirty . and 5V power supply , Couse humming sound witch we have so i ordered new one , and pump that 2021 year printers had shiti pumps (mine born in 2023 , but assembled in italy ) still i will replace it , when i get one . if you have some information or could assist where too look for some problems i would be graceful for your help . sorry for my english .

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
The only things I don't see mentioned here are, changing the primary filter if it hasn't been changed in a year or more, check negative and positive pressure and adjust if needed, and run an air purge. The primary filter is the black cylinder type filter in the pump box and people tend to ignore it until it becomes a problem.
