JFX-200 waste ink

Is there a way to manually reset the waste ink counter? I cannot find it in the settings.

It is based on a weight sensor, so make sure the ink bottle can move freely if emptying it didn't fix it.

Ok that's what I thought, but I also seem to recall seeing somewhere in the settings an 80% value that could be reset..? Maybe it only comes up when the machine prompts to empty it?

On other Mimaki printers without the weight sensors, that is the way.

Push the Function key. Scroll to Information and push enter. Scroll to Usage and push enter. Hit enter until you see Waste then push the maintenance button. That is where you can manually change it by pushing the up or down button.
