Need Help JFX200-2513 Encoder and Y Brush Motor replacement

Hi,
As said in the title I need to change Both encoder and Y brush motor.
I don't see real difficulties on this but I just would like to get the right steps especially for th encoder to get the head moved and fixe it behind.

Woud you have any input in this or even better if it exists a service manual ?

So I finally managed to change the encoder strip, but we still have the same issues.
In fact we have some large danding perpendicular to the head mouvement, and this only between 110 and 150 cm.
I was so convinced it came from the strip as it was quite marked... but it seems not.

If somebody has an idea I would be very gratefull !
