JFX200 dropping ink. Lamp position question

Please ignore banding I sent this one lowest quality as possible to test the ink drops. What is the reason? I've check and adjust the pressure, wiper is new and head are clean. Head gap is 1.5mm as adjusted by tech. Besides this issue, I notice the manual changed about the position of the lamp from 120 to pretty much 0. See attached images.

Thanks for the help

Lamp position is mostly to adjust curing. Are you referring to ink dropping out, as in losing a color? Are you referring to drop position? Not trying to be pedantic or anything, but I cannot understand your question.

No I understand, there is two questions in one, did not want to create another threat tbh. My main concern is the one with the print photo ( it is a bowser from super mario), do you notice the ink, is like drops like red color. Thats the issue im having and honestly i cannot figure it out

Looks to me like you're getting magenta ink drops that are lined up perfectly with magenta dropout in the print. That tells me that you have a pressure problem. Have you check the positive and negative pressure values? I'd also do an air purge to see if that helps.

I did check them this morning and even adjusted to recommended values, negative was a little off, nothing major. I'll try an air purge as well. Did one tuesday and it came back today

Might be subtank filter screen being a bit clogged, had that cause starving on heads to a similar effect, but tended to be a lot more nozzles dropping.
