Need Help JFX200 error code - SYSTEM HALT SLRY-F5

Hi guys,

We've got this JFX200 for just over 2 years now and had plenty of headaches with it.
Just today, we had a new error code SYSTEM HALT(1) 14A: PCB SLRY-F5
Is this definitely a PCB replacement or is it something that could be sorted otherwise?
I know we had a similar call last year, when still under gold warranty, and I think they have replaced the part.
What warranty do you normally get on replaced parts as they do not mention that?

The F5 fuse on the Slider relay is blown, you can get the fuses at www.mimakinkjet.com

Normally the warranty on a JFX200 is for the first year only. Unless there is a dealer promo or you purchase an extended warranty plan.

Just an FYI the fuses on JFX200 boards are not the snap in and snap out kind. They are soldered to the board.

What kind of issues have you had? We have had ours since December 2016. Nothing but ink leaks....
