jfx200 error

today i got this two error on my jfx200-2513.

first :
811:FW/SIO read

then:
1ae: PCB CIO2

i swapped the CIO2 with the CIO1 and get now again 811:FW/SIO

is the CIO fried and a need a new one?
how can i upload new firmware?

swapped the CIO back again and try to enter f/w update mode without success and it displays following message. if i startup the printer normally i get de CIO fault

Check power supplay (Confirm 36V & 5V on Main PCB), check reconnect cables, check fuse.

guess board as really gone...
i started up printer with and without the "CIO2" and get same "SYSTEM HALT (1) 1aeCB CIO2".
without the CIO 2 i can enter in f/w update mode ou #parameter...
can i simple change the CIO (and upload new parameter if needed)?
