JFX200 Loud Vibration/Rumble from motors?

Head scratcher! Have a had a couple techs come here and even more on the phone and we cannot find a solution. It ssems the gantry motors just started humming and vibrating none stop. They turn off when you put it into maintenance mode but other than that it vibrates and hums. The severity seems to change form day to day and the pitch and volume changes when the gantry comes forward to print.
We are aware of one other tech dealing with the same issue, they have replaced the motors as have we and they replaced the EPL board. We have releveled the table also. We are able to print but this is annoying to listen to all day and I am certain it is notgood on the machine over time. There was a htread on this about 6 years back with no solution. Anxous to hear if anyone else might have some ideas.

Playing at the shop with ours and only thing we could find to replicate the issue is un-levelling the bed a bit to torque the gantry geartrain a bit. [almost] Zero backlash system really likes things flat. JFX500 was definitely nicer with belts and encoders, far more tolerant. Happy to let others chime in, we have a JFX200EX awaiting rebuild, same drive system and we can play with it a bit, as well as a running JFX200 for less crazy experiments.
