JQuery Help

Put a simple jquery slideshow on the top of my partners engine building website. Can't seem to figure out why I can't get the padding to go away on the edge of the first image. After the first image it goes away no problem...but it annoys me that it's there on the first image. Anyone have an idea why?

Shouldn't matter! Just a mistake on my part, thanks for pointing it out! Will remove it.

Actually think you need the java slider stuff in the head, but it's hidden in the body.... might be why it's loading weird

Good suggestion, but it didn't seem to make a difference putting it in the head instead.

Your site has some invalid markup which might be causing some issues, the main one I see just glancing through is that you have a body tag down by the slider code then another below the head.

I think you can get this to work by forcing the first li to position top and left 0px, I added the code. It works in firefox/firebug, but you'll have to try it on your site to see. Basically when the plugin is firing it is assigning position absolute to the all the li's but doesn't apply a top and left to the first "slide".
