JSI 24 - Parameters for Cutting

I got a JSI 24 plotter, I dont know how to set the cutting parameters. When I send something to cut now, the carriage hits the end and it resets everything.

Any ideas?

I bought it used from a private seller. Its an older machine, 4-5 years so I was told by JSI

what sofware are you using? im using flexi 7 and works fine...

It's a P-Cut machine, with JSI labels.
