Juki Lh3578s Help

i recently bought a juki LH3578S machine and need to change the bobbin and seem to forgot how to change the bobbin...the manual doesn't showfor my model only shows the bobbin and case coming out but on mine the bobbin comes out... the is a notch in the case the bobbin goes in but after that im stuck...have tried looking for videos on youtube but nothing...any help would be great
