Need Help jv-100 color problem

I have a new Mimaki JV-100 from july, everything is ok but from a week, black color problem.

When I print with a full black print, the black disappears...
I change damper for a new one, change the cap top...
The problem repeat another time today !

I take a picture of the test print before and after soft cleaning...

Do you see any air bubbles in the ink line above the dampers?

The problem was in the back at the begin of the line, the quick plug was leaking, I removed it then connected the line directly to the cassette...
I'm doing some test
