JV-300 w/ 180c & Rasterlink saturated vinyl

Hello. We are running a JV300, using Raterlinks (6 maybe) profiles. The prints are fantastic, and colors are dead on. However even after letting the prints site for a week before lamination the edges are curling back.... Even if when we wrote out own profiles we did have this issue )Wasatch & the JV33).... but its worse with this setup.... Is anyone else running into this, and played with the profile at all to resolve?

It wouldn't hurt to play with the ink limits and verify that it is an over saturation issue. Humidity may be working against you too.
