jv3-130 cyan fuzzy

I have a jv3-130 I moved it (gently) and now the cyan is messed up. If I print a blue dot it over prints or double stamps on each side of the dot. I have done a head wash and cleaned the encoder strip but it still does it. It seemed to get a little better when I cleaned the encoder strip. Ideas???????

It sounds like our Cyan head may be loose or might need realigned.
You might want to begin with going through the new head alignment procedure. There should be a PDF technician manual on this site somewhere.
