Hey guys,
I'm really happy to find this forum. you look like really great!
you seem very involved and I thank you for all the information I could already find here. I'm new here
I'm in France and I can tell you that there is no equivalent here. So thank you again for this job.
I have a question. I have a customer who has a problem on his Mimaki JV3 160SP
he changed the encoder strip itself as well as carriage cable. now his machine can not be started. when he switch on the power, the machine doesn't works at all. right now the wether is cold and dry, I guess there was static electricity causing a short circuit when he changed the carriage cable.
how do I know which board is burned? I then do a test with a basic voltmeter? what can i do?
maybe you already know this problem.
