JV3-160S not printing cyan and yellow after transport...

It worked great n the guys shop, he used it up till I bought it. Did a head draw as we unplugged. Transported an hour to my place and it was not printing cyan, did like 3/4 yellow. I did several nozzel cleans, and even put in cleaning carts, and tried to flush, then I lost yellow completely. I took the cover off, tried to pull with a strange two of the lines was nothing but air, no suction what so ever. Looking further I have found a line coming out the back of the pump that goes no where! It looks like it attaches to another line but I can't find it! I'll attach a photo...any help is appreciated!

Pop those 4 "hinges" off the docking station and see if all the lines are connected from under there to the pump.
Sounds like the heads aren't seating correctly on the caps.

I ordered new caps...from what i have read, the line in question is a 4th line not used on the 160S because its a 3 head unit, the line is for a 4th head.
