Jv3 160s Pump Replacement

Anyone have any how-tos or good advice?

Our black ink is contaminating the magenta and our supplier tech support suggested it was the pumps. I order 2 to replace both, and will be replacing them both.

Any help is appreciated.

its easy there will be some lines off of the pump that you will need to cut down a bit but other than that just replace onr at a time i dint think its something you can screw up.....

Pumps went in like a charm, no problems at all.

Saved about 1200 dollars by not having a tech come out to do it.

It is pretty easy to work on these machines at least the mechanical parts of it!!!!

Dont know about the rest of the ugly purple machine?
