I got a " Local Ink End-----S" message. My inks are not empty so what does it mean. I am working with a Mimakie JV3-160SP

"S" ? Not K,M,C,Y,m or c? The IC chip is telling the Printer it is out of ink..did you swap to a new cartridge to see if the message clears?

If it is same when the cartridge changed, please check the ID contact pcb.
May it read the cartridge chip wrong.
