JV3-250 Tubing

Greetings, I am refurbishing a JV3-250 and need to replace the ink delivery system tubing. There are two sizes and cannot find for the life of me in the service manual or diagrams the specifications for the two sizes, inside or outside diameter. Does anyone know what they are and the best source for them?

the tube from cartridge to damper inside and outside diameter is 1.8mm/ 2.8mm
the tube from pump to cap inside and outside diameter is 2mm/4mm
they are the two different sizes.
